How to collect my wristband

How do I buy a wristband?

You can purchase a wristband on our website via the 'Buy My Wristband' buttons.

Where do I collect my wristband?

From Friday 30th October, you can collect your Cocktail Week wristband from one of two collection points: Manahatta ( 3 Little Stonegate, York, YO1 8AX) Thur & Fri: 4pm - 8.30pm // Sat & Sun: 12pm - 8pm (Note: this venue is closed Mon-Wed) and Bobos Cocktail Bar (5 Little Stonegate, York, YO1 8AX) Sun - Fri: 4pm - 8pm // Sat: 1pm - 8pm. Just show the staff your ticket barcode and they’ll scan it and give you your wristband. You’ll receive a unique barcode for each ticket you buy, so if you’ve bought more than one ticket, you’ll need to show each barcode to collect each wristband.

Can I collect a wristband for my friend?

Yes, as long as you have the QR available to scan, you can collect on behalf of your friends.

Where do I collect the Event Guide?

You can collect your physical Event Guide when you collect your wristband. You can also preview all the cocktails and deals before in our Digital Event Guide that will be displayed on our websites prior to the event taking place.

Where is York Cocktail Week?

York Cocktail Week is returning to the city for a Winter Edition! From the 6th - 15th of November 2026! Find all the deals and signature cocktails you can unlock on our website.

What are the opening hours?

What venues are participating?

Our York 2026 Winter Edition line-up is packed with brilliant bars, including... Dumdum Tiki Bar, Manahatta, Lucia, Chez Mal Brasserie & Bar, The Botanist, Pink by Impossible York and Bobos Cocktail Bar. They’re joined by Angel on the Green, ASK Italian, Bill’s, Kennedy’s Bar & Restaurant, Revolution, Rosa’s Thai, Ruby Rae’s, Slug & Lettuce Swinegate, Social 8 Lounge, The Whippet Inn, Tomahawk Steakhouse, Vudu Lounge, Northern Monk Refectory and Yemen Heaven.

How long are wristbands valid for?

All Cocktail Week wristbands are valid for the entire 10 days of the event, 6th - 15th November 2026.

How do I redeem the deals and signature cocktails?

All you have to do is show your wristband to a member of staff at all the cocktail week venues! We would recommend doing this as you enter each venue, and when you go to pay/receive the bill!

Are any of the cocktails vegan?

We’re pleased to say there is a huge variety of vegan cocktails on offer in our lineup. These are clearly marked within our Event Guide.

When is Cocktail Week?

Cocktail Week is back from the 6th - 15th November 2026

Can I get a refund?

We do not offer a refund on Cocktail Week wristbands.
