YOU CAN COLLECT YOUR WRISTBAND FROM our collection points, Ask Italian (The Grand Assembly Rooms, Blake St, York YO1 8QG) from Monday 31st March 2025 between 11.30am - 5pm up until the end of the event or The Botanist (15 Stonegate, York YO1 8ZW) from Thursday 3rd April until the end of the event between 11am - 8pm.DON'T FORGET TO ENJOY THEIR SIGNATURE COCKTAIL WHILE YOU’RE THERE!3. WEAR YOUR WRISTBAND IN ANY PARTICIPATING VENUE BETWEEN 4TH APRIL - 13TH APRIL 2025.

How do I buy a wristband?

You can purchase a wristband on our website via the 'Buy My Wristband' buttons.

Where do I collect my wristband?

You can collect your wristband from our pick-up point Ask Italian, The Grand Assembly Rooms, Blake St, York YO1 8QG, from Monday 31st March 2025 from 11.30am - 5pm up until the end of the event or The Botanist (15 Stonegate, York YO1 8ZW) from Thursday 3rd April until the end of the event between 11am - 8pm. Please note: some venues may require bookings (especially during peak times)

Can I collect a wristband for my friend?

Yes, as long as you have the QR available to scan, you can collect on behalf of your friends.

Where do I collect the event brochure?

You can collect your physical brochure with your wristband.

What are the opening hours?

All participating venues and listed on our website & social media

How long are wristbands valid for?

All Cocktail Week wristbands are valid for the entire 10 days of the event. Friday 4th - Sunday 13th April 2025.

How do I redeem the deals and signature cocktails?

All you have to do is show your wristband to a member of staff at all the cocktail week venues! We would recommend doing this as you enter each venue, and when you go to pay/receive the bill!

Are any of the cocktails vegan?

We’re pleased to say there is a huge variety of vegan cocktails on offer in our lineup. These are clearly marked within our brochure.

When is Cocktail Week?

Cocktail Week takes place from Friday 4th - Sunday 13th April 2025.

Can I get a refund?

We do not offer a refund on Cocktail Week wristbands.
